I had to return my order because I ordered the wrong size clothes. I loved everything about this company.
My cashapp card was closed and I just wanted to check on where they would be sending my refund or would it be a store credit? It was my fault for that my grandson is getting so big and i just got the sizes mixed up but no problems at all. Could someone please contact me at 410422**** to let me know how i could receive my payment thank you so much again. If possible I would like to redo the order for the same things just different sizes if possible.
A store credit would be great also. Thank you so much for being so patient with me at this time.

Poor customer service
As I have been a customer since you first opened, my most recent shopping SCP Costa Mesa Ca. Store #338 about 2hours browsing in the store looking to possibly find early Xmas treasures.
I found a scarf I liked, Karl Lagerfeld among a few other items, went to pay and was told by the clerk to wait, something is wrong with the tag.
She went to the other cashier, called a Mgr. I waited approx 15-20 min. While waiting, Clerk Gisselle F. called to ask the manager for an update on the scarf price.
Time clicks by, then was told by clerk Gisselle F. they could not sell me the scarf, it didn't belong to their store.
She asked if I wanted to talk to the Mgr. The Mgr. Came over without the scarf and with a smirk on her face, said flat out, I cannot sell you the scarf.
And walked away.
Didn't bother to say I'm sorry to keep you waiting so long, she was very cold. I felt like I was doing something wrong or because I am Asian, I was being discriminated against. Because of this experience, moving forward, I will not be shopping at any rack location for fear of wasting my valuable time making shopping choices in your store and to find out the item is not for sale. I am considering filing a complaint to the BBB.
I thought for a minute, on my way out, spoke to a floor Mgr.
Francisco, voiced my frustration. He took my number and said he would see if he could get any resolution or a price for the scarf for me. I am very skeptical I will get a phone call from him at all. Still waiting.

Nordstrom as a store in terrific.My small issue arose when I saw the sign on the door saying wear a mask which I do.
