this company suck period. I ordered 6 items from them. The website only says that they have been ordered. Nothing else, I called there support line and they can not give me a time line if when to expect my package. This is unacceptable. I will never purchase a thing from them online ever again and most likely won't be shopping in store. Get it together!!!!

It is not okay to tell your customers that items will ship 4-7 days after purchase and then change to 7-10 and on top of that charge their card. I ordered some items almost two weeks ago and they still have not shipped. I called and was told that they should ship by today...but still nothing!
