Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and was told it would be shipped in 2-4 days. My card was charged less than 24 hours later, and it's been 2 weeks- my order hasn't shipped, they have no idea how or when it will ship, and customer service won't offer expedited shipping or any update, other than to say- I can cancel my order.
I have reached out 3 times at this point- and have cancelled my order.
It's ridiculous that the issue is on their end, something about a delivery upgrade (?)- and their reps have no way of appeasing customers, or fixing the problem. It's not my fault their upgrade didn't work, so why should I have to wait 2 weeks, and still no update?
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of nordstrom rack shipping service. Nordstrom Rack needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
