This was may second and last time shopping at nordstrom rack. I paid for clearance items and by the time my order was processed, which happened two hours later ,half of the items have already been sold and automatically gone missing from my order .This should not happen .
Your system needs to update periodically . I should not be able to place an order if items are sold. I called customer support 1 min. after i received the confirmation email and was told it was too late to cancel the whole order because 2 hours have passed .
This should not happen . You should have send me the confirmation email sooner, if the rule is two hours. I called 1 min after the email . How was i supposed to know that half of my items have gone missing.
The first time i shopped at nordstrom rack i was very disappointed, but gave the company a second chance. I am never gonna do that again.
BTW I have a lot of friends to share that information with . Are guys wondering why Amazon is doing so well ?
