Nordstrom Rack - Long way to go...
I have been using your website lately, placed around 6-8 orders, spent around $6,000-$7,000.
I dislike using your website to the point I want to avoid it in the future.
Several operation issues: the cart empties by itself while I'm trying to go through checkout. What a waste of time.
US Bank blocked several of my transactions due to high fraud on your store. Need to use tools and form a better relationship with the bank to resolve this.
Sometimes the menus simply disappear. When hovering over the Men tab, only 2 or 3 options appear. I cannot access the website. Then it reverts 10 minutes later.
The pages load very slowly.
Several design issues: In order to see the cart, you need to press Checkout. After adding an item, the page doesn't return to your previous location on the page. Very very annoying and time wasting.
Chatting with customer service: The ladies couldn't and wouldn't give me answers to questions, leave me hanging.
There are many other issues with the site.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
