BUYERS BEWARE!! DON'T SHOP ONLINE!!
We ordered a package online from Nordstorm Rack online that was supposed to be delivered between 09/09 - 09/14 worth $692.
It was not delivered and our refund request was denied.
My wife was tracking the item on 09/09 and it shows to be delivered on 09/07 at 17:20. Coincidentally without knowing, on 09/07, based on my Google Fit record, we left the house around 17:36 and there was no package.
It is highly unlikely that a package to get stolen in 16 minutes after it was delivered unless someone knew about the delivery. It is much more likely that it was not delivered in the first place! The postal service Ontrac and Nordstorm are not transparent about the process. They provide no proof of delivery or images.
I contacted Nordstorm Rack to reorder the items, however they told me they could only do a refund request or charge me again.
We issued a refund request and I drove 2 hours to the nearest store just to check similar items. Today we received a refund request denied email for a package that was not delivered. They are taking no responsibility. They are not providing any proof of delivery.
They suggest US TO CONTACT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT!
We NEVER had any packages stolen from our front door.
I'm very frustrated with their service and I believe they are insincere. Searching online, I found lots of similar complaints.
I don't know what actions I can take other than complaints at this point.
