Absolutely dissatisfied with Nordstrom rack!!! Placed an order that never got shipped!!! WHY PAY FOR CRAPPY SHIPPING? Call to costumer care and nothing got resolved. Called 2 more times and NOVODY EVER ANSWERED! I want my money back I'll never buy at that store again not online not in a place!
